On sunny days in Busan this beach gets very crowded with (mostly) Koreans. Despite this it's quite nice, if you prefer more quietness, I would recommend you to look for another beach (Gwangali?)
Lovely Boardwalk with seating so you can enjoy the views without needing to hit the sand. Wooden path for wheelchair access to the beach which is fabulous. Parking is just behind the beach.

beautiful beach with all necessary amenities, cafes around and across the road. Walk to the left (if you watch the ocean) to have seafoodlunch or dinner at one of those great seafoodcafes.
This beach can get very crowded in the summer. There is a nice, romanticwalking path and a running path. On the beach, there is an informational booth and busan aquarium.
