- AFAR MediaAugust 4, 2014The best ways to see Seattle are from up high! Whether it's the Space Needle, the Columbia Tower, or a downtown hotel, you will get a great view of the architecture, Mt. Rainier, and the waterways. Read moreUpvote22Downvote
- North tower provides incredible views from any perspective of the round tower, but the higher the floor the more it sways (and creaks significantly) in the wind (earthquake resistant architecture).Upvote13Downvote
- Brian StraussJanuary 13, 2017Because the buildings are round everyone gets a view and the rooms are spacious. It's a Westin so the beds are nice. That being said, it's do for an update as it shows a bit of shabbiness.Upvote13Downvote
- Curtis MApril 6, 2015The hotel is showing its age, especially the elevators. Parking overnight is very expensive. They have a very central location which is perfect for exploring the market, shopping, and Capitol Hill.Upvote8Downvote
- Phillip AustriaDecember 8, 2014Walls are a little thin but the city views amd excellent staff really bring character to this establishment. A 3pm late checkout was nice to have as well.Upvote3Downvote
- High floors can creak all night, and it's not your neighbors busy at 'it', but the steel construction of the swaying towers.Upvote2Downvote
- AmateurConciergeSeptember 27, 2018It’s all relative. This is a solid Westin, in a good location in a 2nd tier city and comes in below $200 most nights. Better than the W, including the bar sceneUpvoteDownvote
- Stay here whenever in Seattle! Amazing views and fabulous caring service. Received lovely treat for my 100th stay at Starwood property!Upvote1Downvote
- Emee PumaregaDecember 2, 2018A very pretty room with two large fireplaces and a warm but modern vibe, and downtown hotel pricing. Great place to stop for a nightcapUpvoteDownvote

- Following in the Westin 'Heavenly Bed' theme, each room has a vial of lavender balm to ease one into sleep.UpvoteDownvote
- Try to get high floor and waterview, unless hotel is fully booked and you dont like long elevator rides.. Can take awhile to get to lobby when hotel is busy but i will alway take the high floor!UpvoteDownvote
- Kira LakeNovember 14, 2012Great hotel! Friendly service, super comfortable beds, breathtaking views, and the location is central to EVERYTHING. Highly recommended!Upvote5Downvote
- SityGrl ✈️☕️💄May 14, 2014Fantastic view & amazing beds. There is a door between you and your neighbor which makes for thin walls. Sounds like they're in the room with me..UpvoteDownvote
- Tommy YangNovember 30, 2014Nice hotel. Space Needle within (my) walking distance. SPG check in counter is in a separate room to the right of general check in.UpvoteDownvote
- LiamJuly 23, 2018Comfortable, friendly staff, good 24/7 gym, nice views from rooms. Pool basic but good size.UpvoteDownvote
- The valet parking is a bit pricey, but that is what is all over Downtown Seattle. Good size rooms in the towers.UpvoteDownvote
- Dirty BirdOctober 20, 2014One of the best hotels anywhere! So nice, great location near Pike and downtown. Would stay again in a second!UpvoteDownvote
- Stay here when in Seattle! Ask for high floor with a view... Totally worth itUpvote1Downvote
- Jermaine GriffinSeptember 28, 2012If you "Go Green" they give you $5 to spend in the hotel (excluding booze) for not cleaning your room. Excellent trade off for spending minimal time in your room and only needed clean towels.Upvote4Downvote
- May N.February 12, 2011North tower w/view of the space needle. Heavenly bed (ahh), great location...rail to space needle, walk to Pike's Street market. Couldn't use my MiFi or phone hotspot, which forces u2 use their wifi.Upvote3Downvote
- Jillian WalkerAugust 10, 2014Jonathan at the front desk (loves sushi, from Vegas) is ah-maz-ing. Off the hook service.UpvoteDownvote

- David B.October 24, 2011If you're a Starwood Platinum, forget about any kind of upgrade to a suite. You'll get the standard room with a view. BFD.Upvote2Downvote
- Nate M.August 14, 2012Assure the nice people at the desk that you're not afraid of heights & they'll hook you up with a viewUpvoteDownvote
- NanaJuly 9, 2015Carpets are old and the hotel could definitely use some makeover. 46th floor pretty awesome viewUpvoteDownvote
- Jennifer EvansNovember 14, 2015Rooms can be really noisy when it's windy outside and the whole building feels like it sways.UpvoteDownvote
- Jess MiyajiJuly 15, 2012Apparently having a conversation in your room at 3 am will get you a visit by security and threat of eviction.Upvote3Downvote
- Hiten VasaJuly 1, 2013Judy at the Concierge desk is just fabulous .... Wealth of knowledge of SeattleUpvote2Downvote
- Don't stay in room 50 on any of the floors (small). Ask for 2 queen beds to get best rooms. Skipping maid service gets you 500 points + saves water! Excellent beds except in room x50UpvoteDownvote
- In high wind, the tower will make squiky sounds, like you're on an old sailboat...UpvoteDownvote
