I am quick to slam United's bad service. It is well deserved is most instances. However Ms. Joyce in the United Club West is a welcome surprise. She is welcoming, friendly, and courteous. Learn United
I haven't been into the B Terminal UA Club West in a few years. Since then, it appears to have gone from an absolute dump to a quiet oasis. Nicely appointed furniture, nice window seatingbar stools.
One of the better Clubs I've been to in the States but still fairly basic with minimal food and drink options. This one has plenty of power outlets and was fairlyclean. Wasn't too overrun either.
While both East and West are old and beaten, the rest rooms are clean and it's peaceful. Need to hunt for power (place was built pre battery everything). Still better than hanging with the masses. ;-)
Hard to find power around here. Exterior seating has power on the floor and some chairs with end tables have power built in. Definitely need a remodel for the $$ of membership
This place needs a little TLC, just like the planes United flies. Blue Moon is now considered "Premium," as is Beefeater gin. Both were "complimentary" a month ago.
Its not just the fact the lounge hasn't been updated. Its pretty filthy overall. I actually try to avoid the United lounges when I'm in Denver. The gate areas seem to be cleaner and better maintained
I don't know what people are talking about. Maybe the comments are outdated. The furniture is quite clean and there are power outlets at virtually every table...
The airport in Denver is huge. There are tons of places to eat & shop. United has two Clubs in the Denver airport. It's a great place to pass the time during a long layover.
