I am quick to slam United's bad service. It is well deserved is most instances. However Ms. Joyce in the United Club West is a welcome surprise. She is welcoming, friendly, and courteous. Newly renovated! Comfortable chairs and tons of new outlets to plug in your toys. Finally a change I like at the new United.
