Dedicated to all the great adventurers of the age of discovery. Statues of Henry the navigator, Vasco De Gama, Ferdinand Magellan, Bartholomew Diaz and other prominent explorers, etc.

Incredible monument - a tribute to Lisbon's fearless travellers, explorers and conquerers. Even if you don't care for that, spend the €4 for the crow at the top it's amazing!

Nice monument, it tells a little bit of Portuguese history as well their traditions. Too crowded, but not a big deal, enjoy the sunset beside Tagus river, gorgeous.

My favorite Building in Lissabon, the Art and the Historie around that Building is just awesome. If You are ob Top of the Building you can get some relay nice pictures!

When you get to the top of the tower go to the edge and look straight down to see the huge mosaic.

Better to go up the old tower rather than this one - views are just as good ( as long as you can climb the 93 steps in the old tower!)
