Ecological Italian inspired food all made upstairs in the local charcuterie und cheese place. Very good pizza. Try the vanilla ice cream with olive oil, sea salt and sour dough crumbs. Holy shit.

Go for Big Bæst tasting menu. It’s a big spread of in-house charcuterie, pickles, nuts, bread, followed by 2 in-house cheeses, a slice of 3 different pizzas, and 3 plates—all off menu items. Worth it!

A really nice location with great pizza. We first were a little disappointed by the pizza margarita but when the second pizza (number 3) arrived we were fully in love. Try the smoked mozzarella!!!!

Please take a chill pill about these very small pizzas. Really! Rated among the best in the world is just stupid. Pizza version of The Emperor's new clothes.

Pizzas are probably the best in Copenhagen, service is awesome and prices are fair especially considering that everything is freshly made. But what really took my breath away was their gelato! TRY IT!

Phenomenal farm-to-table focused on pizza & charcuterie. Cheese from their cows, greens from their garden, etc. Amidst many highs, the wild Danish duck w/pumpkin polenta was the pinnacle, a must-eat!

the pizza was perfect. light, chewy crust, flavorful sauce...the smoked mozzarella was UNREAL. great cocktail list, and though it’s pricey, we definitely got our money’s worth.

Come for the food, stay because it's the coolest restaurant to be in. This Italian-influenced Scandinavian restaurant has the best pizza and wine outside Italy, and incredible house-cured charcuterie.

The Experience Menu was amazing. Great variety/tastes! Such a nice farm to table spread and preparation. Also the signature spritz was unique and tasty. And my wine BTG was delish 👌🏻

Their pizza is a pure gold. Especially those with burrata and pancetta. Ice cream and tiramisu are very tasty too. I believe everything is good here even though I haven't tried (yet) 🙃

You can get great pizzas all over Copenhagen at affordable prices, but if you appreciate fresh homemade ingredients and willing to pay extra, you should try one of the pizzas from Baest. Enjoy.

It's expensive, yes. But it's also good and organic. The sicilian olive oil is not as good as they think, though. But the pizza is with super tasty tomatoes and a perfect crust 🍕

It’s a nice place for delicious organic food. We ordered Burrata with truffles, garlic bread and our personal favourite was the seasonal mushroom pizza.

The fior di latte dessert was fan-tas-tic! Ice cream made of pure cow's milk, a pinch of salt and olive oil. Highly recommended.

Dishes are great but too small. If you imagine the atmosphere and style in a modern Copenhagen restaurant, then you are right. It's exactly like this.

Eater: the charcuterie and burrata are made in-house and the pizza gets blasted in a Neapolitan oven. "Copenhagen has never seen anything like it."

Really nice place. Good dishes to a reasonable price, but pizzas are a bit doughy (smager lidt som ufærdigt snobrød), so be aware.

Nice staff and food. Disappointed about the lack of help I got to pick a glass of wine for my menu. The waiter said: "Well, they are all good wines, it depends..". Come on!! I pay more than 100 kr!

Fantastic quality! They supply all of their produce and milk for their cheese hand made in bourse from a farm 40km outside the city. Everything is incredible fresh and explosively flavorful
