Been here 10+ times
In the first 2 years of BER airport’s existence, LH only operated one lounge - Biz & Senator combined. A few months ago (or so) a separate Senator lounge was opened. I personally like it a lot.

Incompetent personell not knowing entry regulations, cleaning staff lazy - no pleasant experience at all!

Located around gate B20. Spacious, food is good, staff is welcoming. Otherwise standard LH lounge. Could be crowded in the mornings.

Yea, no. Horrible lounge. A dumpster behind McDonalds is cleaner and a concert less crowded. Literally set yourself on fire and you have a better time than staying here.
