    730（ななさんまる）とは、沖縄県において日本への復帰後の6年目に、自動車の対面交通が右側通行から左側通行に変更されることを示す事前キャンペーン名称であり、実施後はその変更を指す通称となった。1978年7月30日、県内全域で一斉に実施することに由来する名称である。
