Lovely hotel and a great atmosphere. First ever time at a casino and fell in love with it all. The bedrooms are amazing and the rooftop pool and hot tub is brilliant!
Step into mini Las Vegas for some nightlife action. The canyon-cradled hamlets of Black Hawk and Central City are just one mile apart and are lined with gambling saloons and historic storefronts.
A little upset we reserved a room over the phone got here to check in and told us that all the slot machines were going to be shut down at midnight they started shutting them all down at 10.No good cs
if you get a card, make sure to get a pin so you can use the machines instead of waiting for the cashier. And knowing how to use them makes you feel so young and smart (since most can't)!
Please have a government issued ID at all times ready to show. And when checking in at the hotel have ID & valid credit card ready in line to insure a speedy check in process.
The casino & amenities are nice. The room we had was backlight inspection dirty. However, the sheets were clean and the bathroom was clean. Needs a good dusting and carpet need a steam cleaning.
Easily the nicest hotel, but probably the most rude staff. Definitely enjoyed the pool and room, but more than disappointed with the casino environment. Been said, but stay here, don't gamble here.
