Very huge but cannot serve travelers in Tokyo. Shower has 17 queue, waiting time more than 45 minutes. Food & beverage are very good

Terrible experience. Too many people and no seats available. Food selection was not good. Better to spend time at duty free shops than here.

JALダイヤモンドの開放的な雰囲気とは対照的。インテリアは黒で、個人毎に区切られるようになっており、プライバシー重視の作り。食事はJALの方が豪華、料理人も配置しているのに対し、ANAはビジネスクラス用のラウンジと大差なく、注文すれば一品料理を食べられるようになっている。仕事ならANA、プライベートな旅ならJALかも。

ファーストクラス利用者専用という感じのラウンジなので、普段はそれほど混み合わないのでゆっくりできます。
