They are a 2 story store with a cafe on the second floor. Good variety of books and toys and writing tools. Nice to know there are still a bookstore or too still around!
Cafe with Wi-Fi and no sign saying you can only stay for 30 minutes tops like it has on Union Square. Also cleaner & better organized than the Union Square one.
Beware of the chastising, disrespectful and not so courteous Supervisor, Matt Thompson. Especially if you're a Mother with children as he will berate you should your children have stacks of books.
They finally put some chairs upstairs so no more people sitting and lying on the floor. If you still see people doing this, let security know. Always the perfect temperature in here.
The cafe is usually packed & you're pretty lucky if you find a seat but very mellow despite that. Delicious sandwiches & full bakery. Horrible Wifi though!
The kids section is very crowded weekdays and even though the cafe tables are for customers of the cafe only people still steal the seats so don't try to sit and eat her with your kids.
The reviews from other sources were RIGHT. NICE LOOKING B&N STORE, incompetent, unhelpful staff (except my cashier, who finally located my held book, put under a misspelled name).
Not a great place to buy book unless you just wanna leave your kids unattended, people this is a book store were you ho to buy book this is not a library....
