    Check the prices online before you buy in the store by he prices are sometimes cheaper then the in store price and they won't give you the reduced price unless you ask for it.

    If you need to take care of a broken item with protection plans or not, call ahead. Now corporate Best Buy decided you have to make appointments to take care of these things. Not cool!!!

    THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE THAT MY WIFE AND I EVER EXPERIENCED. We bought a Samsung 65' HD SMART TV and Stand last week. Having paid already and shipped to have the T.V. deliver, "GeekSquad" Failed.

    Just an FYI... If they don't put your bag in your cart they restock it without even waiting for you to realize... So be careful! Rude!
