Its by luck... My room is great, but the one where my parents are staying is terrible, smell bad and has old furniture! The cleaning lady also doesnt knocks, just walk inside the roomUpvoteDownvote- Towels are old and the bathroom products are low quality. We have stayed here 9 hole nights and we had to reschedule our flight because of sandy hurricane. The hotel didn't give us any assistance.UpvoteDownvote
