주인장 왈 : 그 곶의 '곶'은 몇가지 의미가 있어요. 제주어로 숲을 곶이라 하죠. 바다로 돌출된 육지 또한 곶, 그리고 이곳 저곳처럼 어느 장소를 지칭하는 곳의 의미도 담았어요. 그럴듯하게 만들어보자면, 제주의 '숲'과 '바다'가 있는 '그 곳'즈음 되겠네요.

빵 종류, 그러니까 포카치아나 치아바타는 가게 문 열고 한두시간 후에 나옵니다. 리코타치즈와 과일, 녹차케익과 함께 아이스 아메리카노를 드시면서 여유있게 기다리시는 방법도 침 좋습니다 'ㅂ'

오븐 초콜릿 케익은 주문 하고 15분 정도 기다리셔야 합니다. 주문이 있어야 만들어서 바로 굽는 즉석케끼!! ( 오픈하고 30분 이후부터 주문 가능 )
