In a word...exceptional! I just hada birthday here and it was perfect. Food, ambience, staff everything ... A must go to destination for great food and a beautiful slice of restored Singaporean B&W !
Burger. Biting into house Teriyaki Burger was a constant discovery. Besides juicy patty in a clutch of warm buns, we found pickledginger (usu served w sushi), avocado, seaweed. We'd order this again
Thoroughly enjoyed d crispyorange beef (aka "rusty nails" cos it looks like). Think finely-sliced sweet sour pork (ko lo yoke), fried crispy. Must eat with rice though, as orange sauce is sweet
Decked out with colonial style decor, this place is packed with expats. Small portion but everything tastes great. Try their chopsuey and signature cocktails. Reservation and fat wallet are needed.
If you miss Americanized Chinese food, Chop Suey is it. Decor is reminiscent of colonial 40s glamour. Sure the expense, but you can always count on PSGourmet to deliver stunning aesthetics and food.
Relatively expensive. Fried organic egg is a simple dish made sophisticated here. Food is not spectacular, but it's interesting to have Chinese dishes with western cocktails and wine.
Chilli fans, don't b deceived by description for Numbing Pork Ribs. While it is a delicious dish (& is recommended), there wasn't any spicy kick at all :-(
Branded as American Chinese food, but the food is a lot more delicate than that would suggest. Also the food is very creative - much of the menu isn't even standard American Chinese fare
Food was brilliant but service needs to be polished ! Server did not pay attention to our orders ! Bring out diff orders !! Severs shld be more attentive !!!
