Best gym in Sydney. Has everything! I recommend the family deal. You get so much more at this gym then at any other gym and for the same price as gyms without pool & water facilities.

Great place for kids during school holidays & you can get a work out in to mums & dads if your keen they got a full gym here spin classes the works just ring & inquire for more details

Baby swimming classes have been great for the last year - standard of instructors can vary by time of day/ week but overall is a highlight of my week. Laura is great!

If you're in the city and you're looking for a pool - this is it! also includes hydrotherapy pool, wave pool, gym, classes and rehab services (massage etc). Pools: adult $6.50 per visit.

$4/hr by validating parking at entrance. Hydrotherapy pool @ 36C whilst kids can enjoy the wave pool, slides and maze!
