Beautiful in the heart of downtown. Pool is an oasis surrounded by exotictrees, has a retractable roof for year round use! Beds were not the most comfortable and rooms are tight. Parking is extra!!!
Thanks for the amazing hospitality during our stay. Magnificent is the only thing comes to mind. And Tamera should be the employee of the month. She work all over the place and very knowledgeable.
You can only put so much lipstick on a pig. The hotel is clean and fine but it is a labyrinth built in the 50's without any cool ratpack features and all the small architecture.
Treat gold and platinum spg members very well. Great amenities and cool lay out. On the outside perimeter of major downtown hotels, so neighborhood kind of shady.
Nice hotel. Kind of set far enough from the heart of downtown to feel more peaceful but close enough to enjoy the action. Felt safe walking to and from the Westin 2 blocks away at night.
Beautiful hotel, small room but it worked for my fiancé and myself. There isn't an elevator in the garage so if you're paying the $22 a night to park---take your bags in first.
While it is in close proximity to some of ATL's major attractions, you have to pay $22 dollars ($29 for valet) for parking, an extra 20 something for WIFI, and another 18+ bucks for breakfast.
Great room minus the sliding bathroom door with a big crack on the side. No privacy if you are rooming with a conference stranger. Fortunately I had a great roomie!
Petfriendly! Pets up to 40 pounds welcome if kept on a leash. Some breeds are not allowed, and there are some deposits required. Details at link. Read more
The pool area was beautiful and immaculate. Every employee was extremely nice. Fandangles food is pretty good. Wasn't impressed w/ the service OR food at Collage.
MARTA is the central underground rail, its only a couple of blocks from the Sheraton. Links to all "five points" incl Airport and Lenox Square/Buckhead
The worst Sheraton ever, dirty, smelly, rundown. The neighborhood is not good. No breakfast. Service is also quite bad. The only thing it is close to places like world of coca-cola.
Prepare to pay for this thing called wifi if you want to use that internet stuff in your room. Yep, like its the 90's again. They are charging for wifi!
