William HerreraJune 13, 2017Beautiful in the heart of downtown. Pool is an oasis surrounded by exotic trees, has a retractable roof for year round use! Beds were not the most comfortable and rooms are tight. Parking is extra!!!

Treat gold and platinum spg members very well. Great amenities and cool lay out. On the outside perimeter of major downtown hotels, so neighborhood kind of shady.Upvote1Downvote

DimJune 23, 2021The worst Sheraton ever, dirty, smelly, rundown. The neighborhood is not good. No breakfast. Service is also quite bad.
