10/10 The best garden I've ever seen in my life! You must visit it. It is fantastic and you will love it. Have plenty of time because it is huge. You will also like the fish & the ducks (in the lake)
Amazing park with a beergarden, little river to cool down or to watch the surfers (Eisbachwelle) and a lot of space to relax or have a good time with friends! No bbq allowed!

Wonderful. A must go if you're in Munich. One of the best parks I've ever been, it's my second favorite German park after Planten Un Blomen in Hamburg.
This park is the heart of Munich, where people go for jogging, sunbathing, surfing or to one of the beatiful beer gardens within. Munich wouldn't be Munich without it.

Very large public park along the Isar river with kilometers of paths to walk or to bike. Several bars. Favorite leasure place for Munich people. Can get really crowded on a sunny Sunday, however.

Go to Eisbachwelle between Prinzregentenstrasse & (roughly) Lerchenfeldstrasse. This is where you will find the surfers in the river. Beautiful park! The Chinese beer garden is the best in Munich.

Miles of trails for running and cycling. In the summer a cool down in the Eisbach or Isar river is possible too. Use the Biergarten for refreshing. Can be crowed however.
