This barber shop is funny because they play movies that are currently in theaters on really nice TVs. Clearly pirated copies (Chinese subtitles of course). Go with the chubby guy (Alex).

The curse of a cheap haircut in the village, it can be great, but it can really suck, here you can a decent one for low cost, including a hot towel and neck shave.

Crappy experience here. Short thin Indian guy with greasy hair and rock-n-roll ringtone. Charged $8 for unwanted hairline touches during an $8 neck shave. $16 total. Doesn't get much lower.
