One of the last great geeky stores. Everything is going online now a days. Nice to know there's one last local place I can go stroll and geek out at all the stuff they have there!
Been building a gaming PC and they've always got the parts I'm looking for. Just wait till they go on promo code. And sign up for their emails so you get their emails. A+ over all though.
Lots to choose from! Great selection. However NO ONE offered to help me! Wandered around obviously lost for 15 min before deciding to leave with nothing.
Every single Fry's I go to the employees are so dumb. You'd think if you work in an electronics store you'd know something about the stuff you're selling. Are people just getting dumber or apathetic?
A toy store heaven. Very uninformed sales person in computers, couldn't get rid of him they work on commission but have low low prices, better seection than Best Buy!
Some idiot in the motherboard section helped me find a cable, but wouldn't help me find the flash drives. Never hand the quote sheets to a cashier if the associate was a dolt.
DONT shop here!! Sales people rude as F*** & don't know anything about their products. ALWAYS check your receipt & charge you full price on OPEN PC parts!! That they don't even know why returned!!!!!
Unless it's a dire emergency DON'T ever buy anything that they've repackaged and then slapped a discount on. I've been burned three times now and have to make a trip out there just to return an item.
Terrible customer service. No one asked me if I needed help. I wandered around for 20 minutes looking for help and no one knew what I was looking for. Cable sleeve...
Don't let the sales people force a sales quote on you unless they actually helped you. Why should they get credit for the sale when they didn't do anything buy stalk your shopping cart?
Still the absolute worst Fry's Electronics. Even when complaint to the manager about poor customer service the manager game me lousy customer service, stopping to help other people.
The employees that "helped" us were pretty rude. Only 2 out of the 4 we asked actually came back to assist us. one Guy said he'd come back and gave us an ugly look and walked away.
Fry's was founded as a Silicon Valley retail electronics store... to provide a one-stop-shopping environment for the Hi-Tech Professional in 1985. Fry's Electronics will match internet prices in store! See this link for details. http://bit.ly/frysmatch(Show more)
