Beer + shot (of not terrible whiskey) + wings is $9. Can't go wrong with that. The draft list is usually pretty pedestrian, but the old style is cheap.

We happened upon this place on their trivia night. Looks like fun. We plan on going back for their High Dive Special. Beautiful bar.

Better than your average. Friendly staff. 90's grunge on the speekies. Way relevant beer selection, nice patrons. I'd do it again. Anthony is the best bar keep in the greater chicago land area.

I feel guilty for not having shared this tip years ago about High Dive, however they have some of the best wings in the city - since they take the extra step in grilling them during preparation.

I like this bar because you don't have to listen to Whitney Houston like you do in every other bar. They play good music & have good food & beer.

Order a drink called "The Dave". It's Absolut Mango, OJ, and a splash of soda in a pint glass. Super refreshing.

Get the steak tacos. I can't get enough of these things. The pico on the side is awesome. Nice and spicy. Definitely recommended.

Wednesday's $1 sliders. Good little burgers and the pickels that come with are awesome. They are actually big sliders, about size of McD's cheesebugers.
