Mdm Sia, the owner, allowed me to exchange the backpack that I got too small, and even gave me rebate for the price difference. Honest and knowledgeable lady. Bags are very reasonably priced too.

There are various types of backpack for your selection! :D Deuter, Osprey, Karrimor, Gregory, HyperGear, High Sierra, Millet, Vertikal and so on..:)

Shop too crowded especially when a few customers come in at the same time. Hard to look for bags. Prefer to buy another branch of Madam Sia's at the corner shop. Same discount price
