First time trying duckKway Chap, absolutely loving it! The duck soup has such a flavorful aroma! RM10 per bowl. You can also place an order for chicken feet from the opposite coffee shop!
Chicken feets is unbeatable in town, as if you love the traditional way of soy sauce cooking. The taste goes in depth the chicken bone, leaving unforgettable aroma in your mouth. You will come back.
Ordered a mixed platter & the portion was generous. 6 of us shared a 4-pax portion & we were so stuffed. All the braised items (duck meat, blood, pig intestine & ear) were good.
The queue is still the even though it's raining. Worth to try. But for those who doesn't eat internal organs won't like it. Get other food to eat since there r so,many other food to eat.
I have tried both the noodle and porridge version, and I like the porridge better even though I am not a porridge person. FYI, the porridge is actually the "rice soup" version, not the usual porridge.
The kway chup is cook in a different manner. The broth is well brew and nice. Not very expensive but expect some queue. Open around 5.30pm to 11pm only.
The noodles are good and so is the broth however it came up a bit too porky if you know what I mean. The chicken leg and feet opposite the stall is decent. Overall the food was just fine.
