2002年10月11日にオープンした、公園やバスターミナルなどの公共・商業施設との複合施設。銀河の広場 (吹抜公園) では様々なイベントが行われ、水の宇宙船はシンボルとなっている。2002年の開業時から2013年3月までポケモンセンターナゴヤがここにあった。イメージキャラクターとしていやしす。

名古屋における憩いの中心です。毎年コスプレの祭典が催されます。夏は暑いです。

2002年オープン。地下1Fの広場は、冬季はスケートリンクになる。他のシーズンは、LIVEや見世物など様々なイベントの特設会場となっている。名古屋駅からの高速バスの多くがこのオアシス21の停留所に寄るので、ここの方が家から近い人はよく利用している模様。

バスターミナルが便利です。オアシスの公園側からバスターミナルに入ろうとすると遠回りになるので横か地下からターミナルに入るのをお勧めします。
