Staff is always friendly. The bathrooms are clean, free WiFi, free refills on drinks....perfect study spot. Just remember to respect it so they continue to be accommodating to us students. :)Upvote6Downvote

Customer service specifically in the AM has gone down drastically (i blame that one two people no longer working there). You can literally stand in line by yourself while the staff gets it together.UpvoteDownvote
