Interesting views and little shops. Fun to see the entertainers there (be sure to bring cash for tips). Really crowded on the weekends

First come first serve on the Blue and Gold ferry across the bay. Arrive a little early to avoid heart palpitations from the planners in your group.

The key is to skip herded like cattle onto one of the big boats. Walk down a little further and hire a fishing boat to take you on a private tour... For about the same price.
