Like a shop in Tokyo got transplanted to NYC! Very authentic and good service, cheap and tip is included in price. Get the shrimp & shiitake mushroom stir fry!

Mentaiko spagetti = best comfort food ever. Also tried hamachi kama for first time and I will be sure to order it next time.

Dinner only. The restaurant is authentic. The food is delicious; although I had the beef curry, which was good, but it wasn't great. I suggest the hot and sour soup, which was amazing.

Try the Satoimo Deep Fried - This is by far one of my favorite snacks. It's actually not on the menu, because it's not a commonly sought-after dish. But it simply is a crave dish, SO GOOD! (via @Foods

Ordered delivery from here - potato salad and beef tongue are pretty good appetizers, and the chirashi really is a huge portion. Pretty expensive, but a good late night sushi option.

Come hungry for lunch specials. You will get a lot of food. Chirashi bowl and sura tanmen is very satisfying here.

They force you to spend at least $20 and suggest a 15-20% tip as though you weren't going to give them one. Food was mediocre.

Don't come here. This was once the best izakaya in town, but has hired incompetent and RUDE staff. Awful. I recommend you find a Spanish tapas bar somewhere if you want small dishes and the like.
