"Ribalta offers a modern take on Neapolitan specialties, like the Americana pizza with hotdogs & fries. They also happen to make a great Kale Salad." - Alexa Mehraban, @EatingNYC Read more

Pizza dough is fresh and crust is perfect. The pizza is pounded too thin, toppings and cheese slid right off (below). Big place and for authenticity Italians come here to eat and watch football.

To get the most out of this Neapolitan-inspired pizza, stick to simple pies that show off the fantastic crust and cheese they're using.

They serve Naples-style pizza. They also have gluten-free pizza here. Ribalta tends to get crowded & loud. Order the ciliegino (cherry tomatoes, basil & mozzarella topped with buffalo mozzarella)

Great service, food is very good plus it comes out quickly after you order, venue is large enough to accompany big parties. Both times I've been it has never been overly crowded. A new Italian go-to!

This casual Italian spot isn't exactly a hole in the wall. The pizza is decent and tho the spaghetti pomodoro may not be the best in the city, as nymag claims, it is quite good and perfectly al dente

four different kinds of ovens. the Pizza in Pala, which's a special way of twice-baking it so that the crust comes up with that perfect combination of crispy and chewy. The Napoletana's great too,

Ribalta has always felt more Neapolitan than New York, with its European clientele, its raucous soccer broadcasts, and especially its pizza margherita, which tastes as classic as can be

Nice chewy crusts and good base ingredients. I've found their meats to be good, but not amazing. I'd choose Rossopomodoro or Motorino first, but Ribalta is defintely worth it if you're in the area.

Very good upscale pizza in very modern setting with excellent service. Tried the thin crust, which was good but will be back to try the other thicker crust varietals. (3 of 4 petals via Fondu) Read more

Decent but not spectacular pizza you can otherwise get in Manhattan. We had the veal meatballs, spinach salad and three different pizzas. Don’t bother - pizza with sausage and broccoli rabe.
