It's worth seeing Ruby Falls, but sometimes you will feel crowded when large tour groups walk past you. Nevertheless, the lighting throughout the caverns is spectacular and the Falls are beautiful.

The time you get to spend at the waterfall at the end of the journey is very small (around 5 mins). Lesser on busy days. Make sure you get the perfect pic before they turn of the lights.

Amazing. Can't say how awesome this experience was. Come prepared to walk, but you forget that when you see the falls. Nick was a great guide

If you are there for a natural scene you'll be disappointed. This is very touristy and has been touched too much. Barely any natural formations are still there but The waterfall is beautiful.

I have visited twice: 1976 and 2022. Both times were enjoyable. I recently moved to Knoxville, so I bought an annual pass. Plan to visit a few more times.

What's not to like....a cave with a 100 people and water at the end. They even take your picture while you wait for all of your group of 25 or more.

Did you know? Ruby Falls is located more than 1,120 feet beneath the mountain’s surface. The limestone caves are formed by carbonic acid eating away the rock, a process called chemical weathering. Read more

The group consists around 33 pax per tour guide (even for weekdays!). So u won't get to hear much if u are mid to back of the grp. Wish they have smaller grp.

Stay at the back of the group. You can take pics and not feel rushed. When you get to the falls it goes quick so get your pics right away.

The history as to how Ruby Falls was discovered and named is as amazing as the falls themselves! Don’t pass this adventure by.

The actual Ruby Falls was impressive, but the rest of the cavern, not so much. Be sure to get Dan as your tour guide! He made it very entertaining!

Miss Davis was a great tour guide. She's a stickler for the rules but she has lots of southern charm. Our safety was always her top concern.

If you're over 6' tall, wear a hat. Helps either warn you forget to duck in the low caverns, or cushion the blow.

Come early in the day to avoid long wait for ticket. The wait for the elevator is hardly 5 mins even during holiday season though!
