It is like Teknosa of Turkey (famous ekectronics shop chain) If you are looking for cheaper electronic devices, it is wrong adress. Most of the devices have better prices in Turkey.

Check the price carefully with the other stores first!! The apple tv is 70aed expensive than the other stores! Most expensive in the city!!

Has more employees walking around than customers. Most have little to no knowledge on what they’re selling. Had better service at Carrefour

Was told they were going to fix my laptop for 300 total so i agreed and they increased the price to 1300 plus a 210 for “inspection” that i wasn’t informed about. Beware

No one in the help section to help, they are all inside, I had to wait for 15 minutes for someone to came out!!! Too lazy people and really bad service

Watch out for the really slow customer service. Be prepared for long wait if something you bought doesn't work

Worst customer service ever. Be warned if you have a warranty case to be very patient! It takes forever and no one ever picks up the phone to get information on status
