It's a super chill place with cool candle lighting and the waitstaff is really nice. Also really awesome tomato soup. Not super busy around dinner time, at least on weekdays.
One of my favorite bars in the city. Drinks are always great (and strong!), and food is so reasonably priced, that it always makes sense to start, end, or spend your night here.
I was genuinely sad when this place closed for a bit. I'm glad it's open again. Everything on the menu is delicious, the cocktails are on point, & the prices are affordable. Service is always quick.
Great wine and steak tips. Love this place- it's wonderful for a reasonably priced date night to get quality food and wine. Goat cheese crostini and a Malbec are a safe (and delicious) bet!
The food is good. The service is even better. Oscar, the bartender, makes an awesome cocktail. It’s a fun atmosphere but it is very loud, making conversation slightly difficult.
Awesome steak tips! I wondered when my server didn't bring me a steak knife, but I didn't even need it. They might actually be the best steak tips I've ever had, just perfect!
Great atmosphere in this subterranean Downtown Crossing spot. The Spaghetti Bolognese, with the huge portions, meat and onion sauce, and garlic bread, is a great dish.
Cool basement joint. Nice cocktail specials, though a little limited for beer. Gets really jammed during the evening rush sometimes. Pretty decent burger too.
"The blue cheese is incredible," said a patron. "Dare I say the best dipping blue I've had. Delicious enough to make up for the moistness of the wing." Read more
