If you ever get stuck and will seek for quite clean space with powered seats, go to gates B1-5: http://www.torontopearson.com/rethink/t3/GatesB1-B5/

Nice, modern, and clean... But beware, there are few amenities in US preclearance; only an AA club, too.

If the tsa agent points you to the line on the right....refuse with all of your might. That is the line for baby carriages and also apparently families who are flying for the first time.

It’s busy area. A little congested but if you need help or assistance, it’ll be there. Surprisingly, if you go a little late for your check in, you get to skip the line when they call out your flight!

Check with your airline on your destination’s entry/re-entry. Masks on. Check-in via your airline app. Have your Vax cards ready. TSA = belts, jackets & shoes off. Customs after Tsa. Happy traveling!

US homeland security is terrible here so be prepared to actually come early or risk missing your flight. Getting Nexus is the obvious other suggestion.

Headed to gate A? Keep walking to the end of the concourse to get to Freshii. You'll be happier on your flight having eaten here than at the crappy places you'll pass on the way.

If you have an Amex platinum card look for the signs that say "cloud" before security. You get to cut the line (also works for the Amex lounges)

I recommend Zoom Car Rental. It's offsite, but they have a free shuttle from the Viscount airport train station and rates were 50% of the majors over Christmas.

There are no tables or chairs immediately after security, so getting your bags put back together is an extra special challenge. They'd be very helpful.

Beware of the garage elevators not working. Try parking on a level where you can just walk across - I believe it's P1 & P3.

While the free wifi is a good addition to Pearson International Airport, yet it is very slow compared to other international airports and does not appeal to a huge airport like Pearson!
