The Apple Crisp w/ bacon is ridiculous! The Caramelized onions, tart apples and salty bacon in the perfectly golden buttered bread is like eating pure love. One of the food highlights in Toronto.

This joint makes grilled cheese, awesome ones served with daily bisque to dip, Ruffles and a pickle. Done. Go and eat anyone that appeals. Best is take it to Ronnie's and get a beer across the street

I went on a Saturday in the afternoon. Friendly service, just a little slow. Only 2-3 people working the tiny kitchen with a line up out the door. Worth waiting! You can taste the love.

In keeping with the locavore comfort food revival, the simple sammy is experiencing a grown-up, gourmet treatment. And it’s definitely not your mother’s diner’s grilled cheese. Read more: Read more

Good pickles. They serve the chips really cold which is a bit odd and maybe slightly unpleasant. The Grilled cheese is obviously delicious.

Apple Crisp! The pairing of sweet apples with the slight saltiness of cheddar is the perfect offset.

It's fun but it's not fast food. Be prepared to wait a while.

If you don't mind waiting almost 30 minutes for a grilled cheese sandwich... Go for it. It's good, but it takes too long.
