We got the Pancake Flight and the Trifecta with one each of their three signature Benedicts. One with chicken, another with pulled pork, and the last with a creole tomato sauce and shrimp. AMAZING!

How does one pick only one or two items to showcase? It's all excellent! The Eggs Dauphine--if the smoked tomato sauce doesn't appeal to you, you can sub it for their delicious Tasso cream sauce.
