Franco Marinari AccianiDecember 20, 2021Beautiful hotel with stunning view of the lake. Minutes walking from lake park and city wall. Close to shopping mall and metro. Definitely the place to stay in Nanjing.

Not good enough for a Westin. Broken TV, cold indoor, very long distance to swimming pool, always short supply of food during Happy Hour. I will not back again.Upvote3Downvote

Westin的西餐厅服务员上岗前都不培训吗？餐巾放在椅子上代表临时离开，可上周在广州海航威斯汀酒店吃早餐时就被在咖啡还没喝的时候收了桌子，今早在南京威斯汀大酒店又遇到同样情形，非常无语！Upvote1Downvote
