I love the Promenade, even if it is a bit touristy! The have tons of shops ranging from the high-end to more affordable, and lots of people watching opportunities! Very talents performers as well!
I loved it, a lot of shows, shops & stores, fantastic location in Santa Monica next to the beach, I bought all my family gifts from there, plus the LA sunset from there is everything ❤️
Good for chillin, walking around, having a cup of coffee and shopping. The atmosphere is surrounded with talented people in music, art and dance. Just enjoy 'em.
For a dinner on a budget, go to the food court in middle block for sushi bar & falafels. Upstairs is Wolfgang Puck Express & Subway. You can sit overlooking the Promenade.
First time to LA and this was my first stop! So much to do and see within walking distance. Shopping, eating, people watching, sunsets and nice weather. Obvi a more touristy area. But feels like Cali
We thought we would find one of a kind boutiques here but it's just an outdoor mall. Everything that I can buy at home. It's great if you want to shop at Urban Outfitters, Sunglass Hut, etc. 🛍
Another great touristattraction, the Third Street Promenade in Santa Monica, CA has a great variety of cafes and shops, and also makes for a nice walk, skate or stroll through the square.
One of the best places to shop and eat in Santa Monica. You wouldn't be doing yourself right if you skipped out on stopping by! A must-see if you're visiting in the area.
Loads of street performers, generally not viewed by anyone :) still a must see in Santa Monica. Olm küçük Bodrum gibi, daha az kalabalik hali gibi. Bi de her taraf çiş kokuyor, şaşırmayın.
The parking lots are laid out more logically than you think: even-numbered structures are on the ocean side (2nd St), odd numbers are on LA side (4th St). The lower the #, the farther from SM Place.
I love outdoor shopping centers and this is the one! Right next to the beach, fun, energetic place, great selection of stores and there's plenty places to eat out! Love Santa Monica!
Great outdoor mall right in the middle of sunny Santa Monica with street performers and loads of shops, you can also visit the farmers market early in the morning until midday! Lovely place!
Free street salsa social on Sundays starting at 6pm! 💃🏻 Between Wilshire Blvd & Arizona Ave. Friendlydance social for all levels of dancers. Find "3rd Street Promenade Salsa Familia" on Facebook.
Lay on the beach @ Santa Monica, grab lunch on 3rd street promenade & finish the day w some shopping! High end & affordable shops. Be sure to stop by Brandy Melville & the pier...best cotton candy!
You won't find good food here and shops are no better than the mall in your town. Complete tourist trap--skip it. Go to Abbot Kinney in Venice, Montana in Santa Monica to see locals shop and eat.
I just love coming here. You can go to the beach before or after, have a drink, shop.. literally everything is here. I should probably just move to Santa Monica instead of living in WeHo.
Why, yes! That *is* a dinosaur @ an outdoor mall. There are street performers Saturday, too, that run the gamut. Like jugglers; singers; drummers; dancers? They may be here...Lorin's on 3rd, too!
Have a few hours to kill? Walk down 3rd St to eat great food, have a drink, people-watch, or see a show from one of the street performers. Great place to spend some time with friends!
Parking in the structures is affordable. 3rd St is nicely located, and very central if you are planning to walk to the pier or to the beach. Don't rush your time here. Take it slooooow.
via LA Mag: This is an outdoor mall with ocean breezes. The rebirth of SM Place has infused these 3 blocks with much-needed energy. 2 hours of free parking at structures off 2nd & 4th streets.
