    UDON FACTORY 藤井製麺所 has changed to be "MARUSAYA UDON 丸佐屋饂飩" since 2nd July. MARUSAYA is a Japanese "Katsuobushi" company, so that their soup is much more rich flavor of "DASHI". Great "Dashi Master"!

    The owner changed to Japanese "Katsuobushi" company, calls "MARUSAYA", they are Japanese "DASHI" master. UDON FACTORY has changed to be "MARUSAYA UDON" since 2nd July.
