Consistently good food, drop by off peak hours for less noisy atmosphere. Having a decent Sakè list doesn't hurt either!

Regarding no free refills. I ask for my drink WITHOUT ice. I find that it comes out of the machine cold enough for me. If not for you then just ask for a glass of water and use that ice.Upvote1Downvote
