Incredible food and an incredible, intimate experience. From the cocktails to the main entrees, this was one of the best meals I've had in NYC. I suggest this for a special occasion like a birthday.

Hidden gem. One of my favorite cocktail bars in West Village. Delicious seasonal french plates available. Cozy, intimate, chic. Recommend for dates or catching up with a friend.

Xavier is a gem. Ask him for a cocktail reco and you can't go wrong. Do the prix fixe and you'll be stuffed. Don't miss the barley risotto, which is much lighter than a normal risotto. Sit outside.

    Been here 5+ times
The Sho Sho (made with carrots, ginger, sherry) and the Tete de Mule (gin, ginger syrup, carbonated mint-and-green-tea water) are light but divine cocktails. Xavier is a phenomenal bartender!

So happy to find this gem! The cocktails are perfectly balanced. Ask the bartender to surprise you with an off the menu drink. Have to come back for the food.

Tiny, intimate space with good cocktails and wines by the glass. I love that it's not very busy even on weekend nights, probably due to the fact that it's tucked away from the main drag.

Small spot with an even tinier kitchen. Make reservations for dinner or hope to get lucky for one of the four seats at the bar. Get the New Fashioned cocktail (includes maple syrup).

If you're having dinner, the lobster dish is great. Get a chèvre course to start and a taste from the raw bar. The waiters had good recs so I'd recommend enlisting their help too.

Really amazing cocktails. Love the cozy space, great for dates. Food options were limited, tasty but not amazing. Disappointed with the bouillabaisse (see photo). Service was attentive.

New brunch menu. Lobster & grits 👌. Savory morning bun. Good drinks to boot. It's a neighborhood gem for good reason.

Tapas. The mixologist made me one of the best drinks EVER here. I have no idea what it was, but it was spicy and incredible. Small spot, will be more difficult with large groups.

For spicy cocktails, Shush >> Cornelia. Scallops are excellent and I don't even like scallops. Skip the tuna tartare: too much sesame oil.
