I'd just like to move in here, but they won't let me. I love everything on the menu. The Fried Chicken and Artichoke Dip are my faves, but their healthier stuff is also delicious. Great cocktails too.

Love the vibes at Walter's. Fried catfish was very well-seasoned, oysters were perfect and great cocktail menu. We also were treated to a complementary slice of lemon pie. Excellent service.

Excellent raw bar, salads are huge and filling, deviled eggs with sirachi--yum, and the seafood stew --They need to make it with a seafood broth. rare burger no good. Needs improvement. Good drinks

The fried chicken and waffles are amazing. Love the seasoning, the chicken is moist, the waffles are fluffy and I like the choice of sweet or savory sauces.

True neighborhood spot. Crowded and energetic even late on a Sunday night. Try the oysters, duck buns, beet salad and brussels with apples.

Cucumber, mint lemonade...yum, add gin and your in heaven. Catfish sandwich delicious. Chicken and waffles - chicken juicy but waffle abit doughy... And yes the fries are that good!!'n

Fried chicken and waffles are exceptional. Consider getting a side of bacon - it's not necessary, and might even be a bit overindulgent, but it's worth at least thinking about.

The pork chops are cooked perfectly and are paired with jalapeño grits that will melt the moment you taste it! The ambiance is dope...soul music on rotation the whole time...repeat!

Yummy burger. Heard the chicken and waffles are awesome but only available for brunch. Drinks: Bramble was good. Hemingway daquari is okay. Opt for the Singapore sling! Wings are sweet and very spicy!

Chicken & waffles+Sunday brunch= bliss!! Perfectly seasoned & cooked to perfection. Pair it with a Bloody Mary or champagne. Leave room for their desserts. Worth every penny.

I find it pretty funny that every other restaurant in Brooklyn and NYC does to go or carry out orders except walter's bc their kitchen staff "can't handle it with the crowds". Please step your game up

Newbie offshoot of Walter Foods on Grand in B'burg. Completely adorable. Live old-dudes jazz-jam sounds wafting in from the Fort Greene Farmer's Market across the street makes for a trés classy meal.

The dinner food is heavy (artichoke dip, burgers, the carrot app is like a super sweet dessert) and not worth $$$ in my opinion. Cozy, nice vibe to hang out and get a drink though!

Helles lager: quite good. Huevos rancheros also excellent. Good booze selection, nice if busy bartenders. Makes a good Aperol spritz. My go-to brunch.

Best place to have brunch post-Saturday farmer's marketing at Fort Greene Park. Plus, even if you don't eat here, they have a very open bathroom policy.

Be sure to order an espresso after dinner. Why? Because they don't have an espresso machine and, hopefully, if enough people order it, they'll get one.

Meh to the chicken and waffles. If you're in Brooklyn, there are a lot of other options for gooooood chicken and waffles. The huevos rancheros were decent. Maybe it's an off day for Walter's.
