- Mehan JayasuriyaSeptember 29, 2014Easily the best slice joint in Williamsburg, if you ask me. Always a wide variety of square slices of consistently high quality. They've also got an impressive selection of craft sodas.
- Lee SimpsonJuly 12, 2016We visited this place on a Brooklyn Pizza Tour and it was the easily the best slice of the night. Get the one with all the meat and be sure to pick up plenty of napkins.
- Diego GAugust 18, 2014I was skeptical about kale pizza and 4 buck slices but it was well worth the money and kale pizza is awesome! Tender below the cheese and crispy like kale chops on top. Highly recommended.
- jessica m. hintermeisterMarch 10, 2013Best Slice Joint: old-school-gas oven, paper plates. order: classic New York slice made w. aged mozzarella & San Marzano tomatoes; fresh mozz & grandma pies; square kale-sausage-and-Taleggio slice.
- That GirlJanuary 28, 2019Great pizza with vegan and gluten free options but the staff always seem inconvenienced by customers’ existence. To the point that I don’t go here anymore. Bummer.
- That GirlMarch 4, 2021Garlic knots are still amazing. Vegan pizza is loved by all my non-vegan friends. Staff has been super friendly and nice recently which is a huge welcome change. 🍕
- Time Out New YorkJune 19, 2013Pizza nut Nino Coniglio twirls blistered pies that bridge the gap between old and new Brooklyn. Coniglio trained under DiFara’s legendary Domenico DeMarco, and it shows in his crunchy Grandma slice. Read more
- nora walkerFebruary 27, 2013Great new addition to a neighborhood with a lot of pizza options. Try the Tartufo - ermahgerd truffle oil! Yum. Also follow them on instagram if you want to crave pizza A LOT.
- First We FeastAugust 3, 2014The margherita slice here can't be beat—it is topped simply, with nothing but housemade or Grande mozzarella, and canned San Marzano tomatoes strained as the sauce. Read more
- Even if you're a meat eater like me, you should try the vegan slice. (Don't worry- you can get meat on your second slice- you'll want to order two)
- Pricilla WangApril 16, 2014started by a member of the UnitedStatesPizzaTeam, about everything from scratch, real Brooklyn thin crust pizza just need good ingredients and an "obsessive devotion" to freshness and quality.
- That GirlSeptember 25, 2020Pizza is great. Vegan and gluten free options. GARLIC KNOTS ARE INCREDIBLE. Staff always seem annoyed and inconvenienced by customers’ existence. Sorry?
- Order a garlic knot on the side, not so much for the knot itself but for the pot of sauce that comes with it, great for dipping your crust in. Great add on for just $1
- Francesca FasulloApril 25, 2021The grandma pizzas here are amazing. My favorite is the cup and char, and the apple bacon is also very good.
- First We FeastAugust 3, 2014Don’t shy away from Nino’s more adventurous topping combinations, including a square pie dotted with smoked mozzarella, bacon, creamy gorgonzola, and apples. Read more
- Hector RodriguezNovember 4, 2017I paid $6 for two slices but when I tasted the pizza I can understand why. That pizza was delicious.... They've won some sort of award or contest entered in 2016 and I can believe it from the taste.
- Angel AntonApril 29, 2016fantastic basic portion with cheese and tomato. Simple, crispy dough and very cheap. The rest is great too.
- Mike ByhoffSeptember 13, 2014Outside of coal/wood oven places I think this is the best pizza in Brooklyn. And I have eaten a LOT of pizza.
- David ZhangSeptember 21, 2014It's crazy how good this pizza is. Best slice you can find in Williamsburg. Only one better might be Luigis in south slope.
- ERRY thang is good here. From regular cheese slices to apple bacon slices. They USED to have a pear slice that was absolutely phenomenal..... here's hoping that they bring it back.
- Adam KubanNovember 9, 2012You don't need a tip to tell you to get one of their phenomenal plain slices, but please do try the grandma slice. It's one of the best around.
- literally everything is delicious. I've never had a bad slice here.
- The Tartufo is a nice change of pace from tomato-y pies: crisp crust, earthy mushrooms, just a hint of rosemary & truffle oil but not overpowering.
- Fresh cheese, bright sauce, generous basil, crunchy crust and perfect ratios. The Brooklyn slices fold like a grab-m-go dream.
- Lucia OrlandiNovember 12, 2014Great place to grab a slice with a lot more on offer than your typical cheese & pepperoni. Tartufo 🍕 🙌
- Alex RobertsonJuly 26, 2019would opt for the regular grandma (four dollars) over the pepperoni “cup and char” grandma (four dollars and seventy five cents) next time. Good pizza but not THAT good, and expensive
- Everything here is awesome. Pear slice is both awesome AND unique. I've really never had a slice I didn't love here.
- Felipe Cichini SimõesAugust 4, 2015One of the best pizzas I've ever tasted. Try the apple and bacon. Amazing!
- DaniellaSeptember 21, 2017Love it! The kale pizza has meat on it though which caught me by surprise.
- Chris GampatJanuary 9, 2017Lots of folks call this the best pizza in the neighborhood. They're probably right.
- Best slice I’ve had in Brooklyn. Right up there with Joe’s.
- Edwina McGregorNovember 29, 2021The fact you can get words written on your pizza is worth every penny.
- Alexandra Sch.May 2, 2015This place is delicious!! Grab a bite there before you go out. Prices are totally reasonable.
- The Messina pizza is one of the best pies you can get anywhere.
- Alex PyatetskyJune 25, 2017Very heavy not very tasty dough. Overpriced and overhyped, imo. Not the perfect balance that you'll find at Best Pizza etc. Flavors are pretty heavy handed. One time is enough here for me.
