They keep up on the cocktail trends here with barrel aged cocktails, bottled cocktails and cocktails on tap.
Make sure to ask for Frankie. Skip busy theater-rush crowds by coming just after Pantages curtain time, and of course have the chicken and waffles like everyone else suggested.

Definitely check out the patio - way better than indoors. And tell the bartenders what you like to drink - they will make you something awesome. Also, the Valet is cheaper than the surrounding lots -

Upstairs balcony is great! Loved all the food, especially the chicken liver moose, chicken&waffles, scallops, and butterscotch pot de creme. Shit just order the whole menu & get a Russian river Pinot

Best restaurant in the neighborhood by far. Great mixology bar, excellent menu, great hidden outdoor patio in the back.

Josie MMay 24, 2014Everything was delish, however, falsely triggered fire alarm that rang for 30 min ruined an amazing dining experience, and restaurant management handled the ordeal very poorly.
Great bar, good eats, a more casual alternative for the pre-Pantages drink/date- If you're a vegetarian and order the potato gnocchi make sure it's the veg one and not the pork gumbo one.

A very NY feel in the heart of Hollywood. Must have the Baked Gnocchi and pair w/ Kentucky Cashmere! So good!

If you like bourbon, ask for the Pappy Van Winkle. 20 or 23 year if you're feeling like a baller.
Take the time, make a rez for outside seating, inside not so great (unless you're at bar).

Jason (the head bartender) is a master of cocktails.. Have him make something for you off menu! He never disappoints
Erin R.January 5, 2012Service was horrible. Food is good. Order the potted foie gras, chicken & waffled, and caramel pot de creme. We ordered the steak but (half an hour later) they told us they "ran out".
