- Favourite yoga place. Not too hippy dippy, you will definitely work hard and feel it after. Great instructors, good playlists, donation-based Vinyasa. Arrive 20 mins early to get a spot.
- Jack ReevesDecember 15, 2015Candlelit vinyasa is awesome. If you are new, come early and grab a spot by the window - the bars are helpful to grab when losing balance. Make sure to drink your water starting 3-4 hrs before class!
- Get your sweat on! Go for the 30 day hot yoga challenge for $90 and if you complete it you get 2 weeks for free! Also they have free locks with a valid ID.
- FiTMAPPEDFebruary 20, 2013Doesn't get as crowded as the St. Mark's location. Plus the studio is newer and cleaner. We love the morning classes here- sun shining through the windows, quiet calm, plants hanging from the ceiling.
- Lovely spot for yoga! Suggested donation is $10. It gets busy in the evenings so I highly recommend going in the morning.
- Lets just say this is my new third home (weekends). The instructors will make sure to work with you all the way-they're great. Make sure to bring your iced cold water!!! No judgments-BE YOURSELF!
- Mary SchuwerkJuly 30, 2012Alyssa is a great instructor, but a true water nazi. If you take a sip at the inappropriate time she will call you out. Despite her demands, and knowing my body, I took the reprimanding over fainting.
- donation based yoga studio. anybody is welcome, just make sure you're not the jerk who comes in late and makes everybody move their mat 2 inches.
- Emalia RossFebruary 14, 2011Drink a lot of water and wear shorts!New students should try to arrive 15-20 minutes early.Have fun! There is no judgement, no fashion show...just a great workout and great people! All bodies rise!
- Hot yoga without judgement at a price everyone can afford. The practice is as hard as you let it be. Drink water, breathe. You'll be fine.
- Remember to get here excessively early in January-New Years resolutions are packing this place tighter than the Manhattan L at 8:30! Amazing nonetheless.
- Best place in NYC to practice hot yoga. The instructors are awesome. The space is huge and clean. I love yttp!

- Vivian RamirezDecember 6, 2016This studio is not bad- it can get really crowded and the teachers are decent. Nothing crazy or amazing but the price is right!
- Nate FolkertJanuary 3, 2014Late evening yoga classes Monday through Friday at 9:00pm. Candlelight yoga Sunday at 8:30pm. Read more
- Super crowded on holidays, weekends and evenings. Best class is 60 minute hot practice at 7 am on weekdays.
- All the instructors are top notch. They'll push you, they'll work you and they'll also make you crack a smile.
- If you're here for hot yoga you're gonna need a towel and water, possibly two waters. Woof it's hawt folks
- 60 min bikram yoga classes r great for beginners and those unable to commit to full 90. Clean showers!
- Drink water all day before hot yoga-- a last minute binge won't do. Work hard, have fun, feel great.
- Cristaal DavisFebruary 2, 2011Don't be intimidated!! It is hot but it's for all levels& all body types! If you wear bball shorts wear spandex under ;p alot of bending!

- Emalia RossJanuary 31, 2011Drink lots of water a couple of hours before you practice and if you're new come 15-20 minutes early. Wear shorts!
- Def wear shorts. The vinyasa room isn't hot yoga but it is "very warm" yoga!
- Much nicer studio and less crowded in Williamsburg location!
