- Good place if you know what you're doing. Not recommend if you are new as the classes are so packed it's impossible for the teachers to actually do anything but yell out poses and tell you to breathe

- Always crowded. Always very warm. Always great yoga. The result is that you'll always feel better when you leave.

- Basic Vinyasa flow, no pretense, usually work up a healthy sweat & fills the lungs with new life. My weekend treat to myself, never regretted.
- Get here 20-30 mins earlier for a good spot since it can get crowded. The 3rd floor seems less strenuous than the 2nd floor.
