Home fries. Perfectly seasoned, soft on the inside, crispy on the out. Anybody can cook eggs, meat and toast; it takes a certain level of artistry to craft the perfect home fry.
Ribeye steak cooked rare was phenomenal. Side dishes were unfortunately sad: I'd expect better than frozen brocolli.
