    "계산하고 앉은지 한 시간후에야 수제비 두 그릇 서빙됨. 한 시간이나 걸릴 맛은 아닌데 나름 오픈키친이라고 개방된 곳을 보니 이 넓은 홀에 요리 전담 인력 고작 한 명. 만석이지만 차분한 분위기가 달리 그런게 아니라 기다리다 지친 손님들 때문이었음. 먹고 있는 손님보다 기다리는 손님이 대다수. 마케팅에만 치중한 업체의 전략에 낚이지 마시길."
