Very friendly staff. Beautiful grounds. The rooms are a little pricey for what you get.
The supreme pizza is excellent. A bit pricey for what you get. Free delivery. The cheesecake is pretty good, too.
The Penicillin is their signature cocktail, but it's not really my style. The bartenders are experts, however, and will make you something incredible and to your own taste.
Beautiful hotel with a great location relative to the Financial District. The rooms have a strange layout, though; the shower and toilet are separate and offer less privacy than a typical hotel setup.

Beautiful but small zoo. $12 admission is less than a cocktail in NYC. The sea lion feeding show is excellent!
Had a great experience- the caprese salad and Rubirosa Supreme pizza are incredible. The Black Manhattan is an excellent cocktail pairing to go along with them, too.
You really can't go wrong with any of their tacos- the Annatto Shredded Pork, Buffalo Chicken, Cuban Pig, Crisp Tikka Chicken, Texas Burger are great, as is the Red Velvet Cake.
Nice little park in the center of Santiago. Good for a quick stop or for a picnic.
