As the name suggests, the Earth Room is a room full of dirt. Rich, dark dirt, knee deep, housed in a 3600 square foot room in Soho, intriguing viewers for the past 30 years.
Drinks match a 4-strong meat menu cheese including a housemade ricotta, salads, & Italian sandwiches. Try the Balboa - mortadella, soppresseta, speck, cacio di roma, dijonnaise, and pepper relish.
The new management will give it a rejiggering, complete with a bar menu of house-infused spirits and syrups, and grub by Medhi Brunet-Benkritly.
