- JohanFebruary 8, 2015The code for free 60 min WiFi access can be used on multiple devices. Also: it's so clean that you can eat from the floor (but there are enough chairs and tables as well)Upvoted 2 weeks ago
- I've never seen such an organized, clean and speedy airport. Or car parks. They are so clean you could eat from the floor. Classical music included!!! Compare that to UK car parks ... YikesUpvoted Oct 5
- kartik sFebruary 19, 2016For int'l passengers transiting to/from terminal E: Get your code for free wifi by scanning your boarding pass at the kiosk b/w gate e53 and the Starbucks. This is not widely advertised.
- Adithya PcAugust 21, 2014The quietest airport I've been to. And the scenery around is just brilliant. Typical swiss surroundings. Coupled with an awesome terminal one of the best airports in Europe.
- PereMarch 5, 2017One of the best airports in Europe. Security check is really efficient and never took me more than 10 minutes waiting. I love it

- Emilio VillegasAugust 10, 2018Cleanest airport I have seen next to the Japanese ones. The berlin airport should be ashamed.
- Arriving from outside of the Schengen area, you can choose which of the two passport control points to use, by taking the tunnel connecting the B/D gates with the E gates. Useful if one is very busy.
- One of most organized airports I know. A cow's moo, horns and bells on the inter-terminal train puts you right in the Swiss spirit. And if you're a chocoholic, Sprungli's shop is a must-stop.
- A must-eat in Zurich is Butterbrezel = pretzel with butter. Locals' absolute favorite for breakfast 😋
- Adam El-SodaneyMarch 7, 2020If your flight departs from Gates E (eg. E59) then go the gates immediately! There are cafes here, but it’s a long walk, passport control, several escalators and a rail transit service!
- The Asia restaurant on level 2 of the Swiss Airlines terminal is super yummy. I tried the Tom Yam Goong and Green Cury and loved it. Nicely spicy.
- All non-Schengen departures (US, Africa, Middle East, etc.) leave from terminal E, accessible by a 3 min. train ride. What a stellar airport. So quiet and clean. ❤🇨🇭
- elGriego.NETMay 6, 20179/10 A huge airport where you can find many duty free shops. Well, zurich is a very very expensive city, but it is really very beautiful! Inside the port there is a info kiosk for the visitors to ask
- Luisger LopezOctober 6, 2019I suggest travelers arrive well ahead of their flights for this airport. It is rather massive in scale: in my case, I arrived via train, and spent some 40mins reaching Terminal E (Turkish Airlines).
- Cenker KöseOctober 16, 2016Since Switzerland is not an EU country (although it is in Schengen area), you have to finish your tax-free process and get official stamp on your invoice at the country of purchase!
- Very convenient location (10 min from HB by train). Although it's huge it feels very cozy as everything is super well organized 👍👍👍
- If you like chocolate you must visit the lindt store on the second floor: they even produce handmade fresh chocolate and have lindt ice cream which I don't think I've seen anywhere else in the world!
- Clyde SandfordNovember 8, 2016Family service area in Terminal E was a life saver for us and our 3 year old and 1 year old. Very friendly staff and great place for the kids to play and for adults to relax while watching their kids.
- The Airport completed a major expansion project in 2003, in which it built a new parking garage, a new midfield terminal, and an underground people mover to the midfield terminal to the main terminal.
- Andrew GlazkovJuly 18, 2017Nice airport. I hate their lounges for lack of space, but other than that it's great. I mean food court, shops, everything that helps to get distracted from flying is awesome.
- Such a lovely airport. Very tidy, super clean, great shopping opportunities - and make sure to take the train that takes you to the other terminals: It's a must see!
- Very nice, modern airport. Free wifi for an hour. Impeccably clean. Get a Laugenbretzel (pretzel) for a snack!

- Really good in terms of train and bus connections. Airport has its own train station. Love the accessibility to go to Konstanz.
- What I like about it: toilet doors open automatically. 2016 year and still this useful feature is a rare thing. PS have a meal at Marche - fresh and tasty
- The first flight abroad from Switzerland landed in 1921. In the early years of aviation, the Dübendorf Air Base, located some 8 km (5.0 mi) to the south-east of Zurich Airport.
- Paige HunterApril 15, 2017Everything is very clean and efficient. Basically what you would expect in Switzerland.
- Beautifully designed and well thought out. This is a model of an airport done right! Which offers fondue and raclette 😋
- BEST intra-terminal train ever (from A to E)!! Cows mooing, country-side sounds, and mountain views. Amazing and smart entertainment!

- Carina AndersenMarch 26, 2015Free wifi and quick, efficient and easy international transfer, leaving you time for a pretzel and a pint at one of the bars in between flights.
- If waiting for a flight from "D" gates, go through the terminal building and then take an escalator to the first floor. Nice views of aircrafts taxiing around and departing from RWY16!
- Eat at the sports bar - airside downstairs on the left. Order a classic club sandwich.
- Very nice airport. Hard to access WiFi without a Swiss mobile number. Limited food options at E gates. Very strict with the liquid allowance!
- Daniel HoeslJanuary 14, 2017Simply the best, most efficient, reliable and convinient airport of the world - but always too pricey, thanks to swiss francs.
- Hands down my favorite airport on earth. A lovely relaxed and open atmosphere where you have access to healthy food.
- Oliver MaagAugust 27, 2014Everything is closed on sundays, so airport or train station it is. At the airport though, you get the food court, starbucks, shopping and a deck to look out at the planes. Awesome.
- Isabelle LiJanuary 26, 2019If you have a layover, use the boarding pass wifi scanner on your ticket to zurich and leaving from zurich to get a total of 4 hrs free wifi!
- Brett DeWoodySeptember 22, 2017Best wifi I've seen at an airport. And one of the best free wifi networks I've seen anywhere, honestly.
- Fabio Zoppi BarrionuevoDecember 17, 2014ZRH is a big airport, as others in Europe. So, some tips to help you: 1) Banks are in Check-in 1 area (UBS) and 2 Credit Suisse; 2) Customs is in Check-in 1 area, near of UBS;
