"Front desk staff, nowhere to be found. Slow service at lunch. $11.95 Shrimp Salad had 6 tiny, overcooked/tough shrimp, though dressing was good. Drinks--had to remind them to refill over and over."

"Always SLOW!!! (And the workers don't pay attention to what the cashier writes as your order...so it will take them 2 or 5 tries to get it right.) Go here if you want a simple drink & have 5-10 mins"

"Their baristas are NOT friendly (majority), take FOREVER to make drinks (sometimes 3-5 mins for a simple espresso drink), & horrible at handling long queues. Mgmt isn't much better. :-((("
