Noelia d. • October 22, 2015STUNNING view. Especially beautiful this time of year, on a sunny day just before sunset. Few people, so peaceful.
María José C. • September 9, 2014Perfect place to see the city in other perspectives. Try to go in the afternoon

Visit Tuscany • May 20, 2013It was the door/tower from which the southern part of the city walls began; Is the only door that retains its original height. Since 2011, visitors can climb the tower during the summer months.
Mark W. • June 22, 2015Definitely one of my favourite spots in Florence. Great views of the city, high hedges, and nice sculptures. Opens at 8:30AM and costs 10 euros. Well worth it to get amazing views away from tourists.
Visit Tuscany • May 20, 2013The door was built between 1332 and 1334. This is the only door in which the original wooden door is best preserved. Above the arch, on the side facing the city, you can see the crest of Florence.
Derek W. • February 16, 2018Bigger on the inside. Here is a house with three floors accessible set out in period style. The bedrooms in particular have stunning wall paintings. Great value
